Welcome to MiniMix Games. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MiniMix Games is a collection of casual party games designed for local multiplayer entertainment. The App includes various games such as Number Guessing, Spin the Wheel, Tic Tac Toe, Crocodile Dentist, Animal Bicycle Race, Sinking Glass, and Pond Catch. The App is free to download and use with advertisements, or you may subscribe to MiniMix Premium for an ad-free experience.

3. User Requirements

  • You must have a compatible mobile device to use the App
  • You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements
  • You are responsible for any charges related to downloading or using the App

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App
  • Use the App for any commercial purpose without our consent

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MiniMix Games and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App without our explicit written permission.

6. Premium Subscription

MiniMix Premium is an optional yearly subscription that removes all advertisements from the App.

6.1 Pricing and Billing

  • MiniMix Premium costs $9.99 USD per year (prices may vary by region)
  • Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

6.2 Managing Your Subscription

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You will retain premium access until the end of your paid period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period

6.3 Refunds

  • Refund requests are handled according to Google Play's refund policies
  • You may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase through Google Play
  • For refund requests after 48 hours, please contact Google Play support

7. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks. These advertisements help support the free version of the App. You may remove advertisements by purchasing a premium subscription.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The App will be free of viruses or other harmful components
  • The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiniMix Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the App
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the App

10. Updates and Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or any features at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
